The otoplasty has been developed to correct the location of prominent ears to leave them near the head or to reduce the size when they are too large.  How ever, there are other problems that can be solved through the surgery, as can be the falling ears, when the tip of the ear folds itself downward and toward ahead; the cup ear when is very small; the snail ear, when lacks the curve in the external edge; as well as the folds and natural wrinkles, large or stuffy lobes and lobes with folds and large wrinkles.
